Billing incorrect now for 5 months

For 5 months now MTN have been unable to correct the billing on my account and while I have asked them to call me and I will do their job for them and explain to them where they are going wrong, they ignore my email requests to sort this out and month after month continue to send incorrect billing accounts and merely acknowledge my emails without corrective action..
