IVE BEEN ON THE PHONE WITH CONSULTANTS FOR OVER3 HOURS AND SENT MANY EMAILS TO RECTIFY THE PROBLEM I WAS ASSURED IT WOULD BE SORTED OUT IN THE NEXT BILLING PERIOD AND AFTER FOUR MONTHS IM STILL SITTING WITH INCORRECT BILLING.
I NOW REFUSE TO PAY A CENT UNTIL THIS IS SORTED OUT.
YOU CAN CANCEL MY LINE.I DONT CARE.
SEND ME THE CORRECT BILL WHICH I WILL THEN GLADLY PAY BUT I WILL NOT WASTE ANOTHER MINUTE OF MY TIME SORTING OUT YOUR MESS AND I WILL NOT PUT UP WITH SUCH SERVICE!
