Bad Service, No Calls Back, Bad Systems

I tried to upgrade our contract (2 years old) - get told to come in and collect new phone - only to be told that there is an amount owing - I advised them that I received a message from Telkom that they had a technical error and the debit order would be run on the 5th Sept - They either don't have systems of escalation or refuse to call "up the ladder" - to expedite it we paid a further amount (same as the debit order amount) and faxed the proof of payment - again get told to come in - again upon arriving get told that the system is not reflecting the payment - but get promised by Thumelo that he will call in the morning - next morning I establish that he has the day off - can't be bothered advising us that he had no intention of calling us - also they don't have a system of someone else taking over his cases whilst on leave - after arriving at the shop again I get told that there is no reflection of the payment yet - she finally after my insistence calls someone at head office only to be told that accounts are closed and I must call Monday - It is now Monday and still no joy. Everyone that I dealt with promised to call back but not one person ever calls back. Shocking Service!
