Cancelled a internet bundel but still paying

I was phoned by a consultant and asked if i wanted to upgrade my data bundel which i said of course especially since I was getting more for the same price i was paying. They also advised that i would be getting a free rooter with my data bundel.
when i eventually got my rooter i see that i was actually given two with 2 new cell numbers. which is not what was explained to me. I then phoned the call centre and they said that i can cancel it if i want to. I decided to keep the one rooter and data bundel but cancelled the other wihtin the 14 days which they allow. I have now for the last 2 months paid for the one I have cancelled and everytime i phone someone they tell me to phone someone else. I phoned today to be told that the contract was never cancelled when i know i cancelled it two months ago.

nobody seems to be helping me except telling me someone will come back which they dont or dont worry it is cancelled it just taked 10 - 12 weeks for it to show up on the system and dont worry you will get your money back.

I have been a client with Vodacom for Years if they want to keep me as a client get this fixed.
