Data dispute not resolved and charged again!!!

Since march 2012 up to June 2013 i have always had the same bill (R597) for my cellphone & data bundel. everytime i reached my 2G cap it would block me from going onto the internet.
July 2013 i get charged R2217, logged a data dispute (3 times), someone changed something and i have allegedly used the data, vodacom investigated for 20 days, said i would get most of my money back. NO money has been paid back into my account to date.
Today i get a deduction of R1494.66 AFTER they promised its been capped and i can even change it to pay as you go...
i logged another data dispute call today
Now its a total of R2517 that i got billed due to their neglegance.
To date i have not seen any money paid back and vodacom is not doing their job!
i want to cancel both my cellphone contract and my data bundel contract ASAP!
I chose a top up cellphone contract and a capped data bundel so that i dont have these surprizes every month.
this is unaceptable, i work in the mining sector with pending strikes, unpaid leave and retrenchments. i cant afford this every month!!
Any help would be appreciated...
