Cell C fails to cancel contract and still debit

I cancelled my cell c data contract after my 12 months expired, as I dont use it anymore. Got a deduction of R299 again at end of month, even after I didnt use any data. Had to go to Brooklyn branch again to ask why it is still active, They told me I had to cancel again as they dont have the original cacellation form.(I still have a copy of that with me). Cancelled again although I already cancelled contract once. End of mont comes, again R299 deducted from my account. Again back to Brooklyn Cell C, to cancel my contract for the 3rd time. Still no success. Dont know what to do next. I need a refund on the months after cancellation. Please assist.
