For the first time in the since 2007 when i open my vodacom 3g account i was billed for out of bundel data used (extra R1151.52). when i went to the vodacom shop in the eikestad mall - Stellenbosch, they could se the amount that was billed to my account but could not supply me with a reason, they said i should phone the call centre which i did but the person on the line could also not help me all they said is i had to pay extra to receive itemised billing and i will have to back pay (R60 a month) up to June 2013 to see why the charges where chraged. i phoned the data centre after holding for 20 minutes the line dropped and i had no further information.

my account was also migrated from a 2gig to a 3gig and the vodacom shop could not explain why and i received no communication before that happend which is a problem for me.

i have a micro sim in my ipad and i dont receive any warnings when a reach my data limit, which if you look at my history rarely happens and my data usaully carries over to the next month i can not understand that this one specific month i went out of bundel. obviously i signed a R149 2gig contract and know they say it is an open ended contract
