ACCOUNT SUSPENDED?

I have called 4 times since 2 September as my account has suddenly been suspended. I have a debit order that has been going off each month for my account - suddenly there is a balance owing from APRIL?!?!?!?! I keep on getting lip service - we will get back to you, sorry etc... Still NOONE has gotten back to me and my account is still suspended - and of course I will still pay for this!!! On my last call I was told that the last person who helped me did not log the call correctly and this is why I am waiting - SERIOUSLY TELKOM!! And I am sure I will get another copy and paste response to this on how they will get back to me and how sorry they are! To top it all off, I cannot speak to the canellations department as you can only go in store to do it.

I want this sorted and my service back - or it must be cancelled!
