8TA BAD COSTUMER SERVICE AND THEY MISS ADVERTISE

I bought a data bundel from 8ta via the website and i cant go on the internet with it... apparently i can only use it in 8ta network coverage areas... nowhere did it mention that i couldnt use the data bundel that i bought in my region where there is no coverage..i paid R250 for the data bundel... i had R320 of free airtime and R50 of actual airtime and all airtime was used up instead of data on 2 gb data bundle... 4 days ago they gave me a ref number 4161657... i called them today (after waiting more than 72 hours) they said the ref number was closed... the reason why they closed it was because they expected... they passed me to another representitive after i demanded to talk to a manager and now the ref number has apparently changed to 4161659 and apparently the technical representatives haven't dealt with my case and i have to wait 72 hours again... when i spoke to Jolisa Mogale (team leader) she informed me it was not 8ta's problem, " i " should have known that the data bundle couldnt be used in a region without 8ta coverage even thou there was no warning that this data could not be used in my region and that 8ta was not willing to replace airtime or exchange data
