Wrong sim delivered&contradicting info re contract

I took out data contract in Oct 2012. The sales person (Tessa Thinane) sent mail confirming R275 pm for uncapped. Then it was said no it's R349 pm for 2gig with limit of R500 pm. Spoke to Tessa, Jacky, Lezanne, Nondumiso, Ntabiseng, Lucia, Thabile, Zithle, Busisiwe Sihlali (team leader), Then experienced signal problems and reported it on various occasions. Every call ended on ''will get back to you''. Sent in rooter in to be checked. It was delivered and they said it was fine. Tried again and I couldn't connect. Reported it telephonically. The consultant said I have to take rooter in to Cell C shop. Went to Cell C (Was in shop for 4hours.)The assistant manager said the sim I have has been cancelled and contract was cancelled and my account was credited. So wrong rooter and sim was delivered to my house. Another Cell C client was credited and is using my number and his monthly invoice is debited from my account. This is. Have been waiting for feedback on all queries. No response.
