Data Bundle 808 will not load

I phoned 808 on last week the 10th of March to have a 300MB data bundle loaded. Then I was told it takes 2-24 hours then it will be loaded... on Wednesday 13.03.2013 I phoned 808 again and now it's been 96 hours more or less and I am still waiting for my bundle. On 14.03.2013 I phoned 808 again and again I was told it was loaded and it takes 2-24 hours... today is 15.03.2013 I still don't have my bundel. How many times will I have to phone and be told to wait 2-24 hours why doesn't anyone actually try and look why the bundel does not load... I have NOW been CHARGED TWICE for this bundle and still have not received even 1 MB and to try and speak to anyone else but customer service is impossible you actually would think that MTN would try and help customers that has been with them for over 10 years... ALL I WANT IS A DATA BUNDLE WHY CAN I NOT GET IT?
