Cancellation of Contract - Not 1 response received

I sent an email on 12th August to advise Autopage of my mothers passing and to cancel her contract. To date I have received no response from them. I called on 2nd September and was told to resend the email as they have no record of it. Auto-repsonse received said a consultant will contact you in 24 hours. Still no response. I call again today and get told to fax it please as faxes get quicker response! I am actually shocked that Autopage have no empathy and in my time of grief I have to constantly follow up with Autopage! In the interim I have received the September Billing and she passed on 5th August!! I need someone to contact me urgently! I need this to be resolved today!
