NOT RESPONDING TO CANCELATION OF CONTRACT

We have a contract for a cell phone with autopage which is about to expire, and wish to port the telephone number to another supplier.

On 7 August 2013 we went into their shop at Carnival Mall and were told that we had to give 30 days notice. On the 8 August 2013, we sent them an e mail to [Email Removed] and gave 30 days notice. We also asked them on what date the contract expires. We were also told that the porting of the number would be done by Vodacom. The e mail was read but THERE WAS NO RESPONSE.

On 19 August went to Vodacom shop who told us that the number had not been archived. Sent 2nd E Mail to Autopage - NO RESPONSE

On 20 August we filled in the online form with the same info but AGAIN NO RESPONSE.

CAN ANYONE HELP WITH A RESPONSE FROM AUTOPAGE. THE USER IS DISABLED AND CANNOT TALK ON A PHONE. ALSO WE CANNOT KEEP RUNNING AROUND AFTER AUTOPAGE
