Charging for the incorrect contract and no invoice

I took out a Cell C 100 contract through Autopage at the end of August. On delivery of the phone, the woman called to confirm details and told me that I had signed up for the Cell C 200 contract. I told her no, I ordered and signed for the 100 contract. Her response was that she would sort it out. At the end of September I received a bill for the 200 contract, and again in October, after fighting about it for weeks with no response. I was finally offered a R300 credit and to be switched over at the end of November, this doesn't make sense as if your calls are recorded, I stated in August over and above my contract that I signed for a 100 contract. I to date have had my phone cut off approximated 10 or more times. Today was the most recent, after I paid on Thursday last week as I no longer receive any invoices or statements, just a cancellation message every time. So I pay up to date on Thursday, and by Monday the following week I get a cancellation message and my phone is cut off an hour later. So all my time wasted phoning and chasing but I get no bill, on the incorrect contract, but you want to say this will adversely affect my credit rating? Pathetic.
