I received a new credit card 21/01/2014. I emailed Autopage with the new details, and asked to please be informed of any further action required from me. Response promised 'within 24 hours'. No repsonse received. I forwarded same mail 28th. Same promise of response within 24 hours. NO RESPONSE.
I eventually called the call centre. What a nightmare. I was transferred to 5 different people before I got to someone in accounts, and each time had to repeat my story (I have spent half an hour of my time at work sorting this out). I am 4 months away from an upgrade and will definately not be renewing my contract with Autopage. The service is non-existant. Terrible.
What does one have to do to get a reply from Autopage?
