In June this year I contacted auto page with regards to an upgrade? I moved up to a more expensive package and got a fancy handset. When the handset arrived the next day i was fortunately not at work so it got taken back with the courier. The day after that I contacted Autopage to request the cancellation of the upgrade and was told that they would ask the consultant I dealt with to do this. At the end of June I got an SMS to indicate that my migration was successful. I called Autopage again and asked for the migration to be cancelled and reminded them that the upgrade needed to be cancelled too. I was told that the consultant was emailed however the upgrade cancellation was not done and that they will send another email. It is now September. After about 20 calls to the call centre (which are not free calls mind you) my problem has still not yet been resolved and Autopage continues to debit my account for exorbitant amounts of money. I have now resorted to getting my bank to pull back the funds because the concept of granting credits to customers if foreign to Autopage.. I am highly frustrated with the service I received from Autopage will be canceling my contract soon.
