Still received no response received

I have still not received a response regarding my complaint, the standard response that i got on Hello Peter is that they will get back to me shortly, which never ever happened!!! i urge everyone who does not have a contract and considering to take one should NOT take one with Autopage and for the people who already have a contract with Autopage i urge you to NEVER upgrade your contract!! this is where the problem started!!! i was told i made an international sms when i asked for the details i was told that they will request it and i will get feedback in 24-48 hours, its now over one week and i'm yet to get this feedback!!!
