SAME RESPONSE TO ALL COMPLAINTS

Autopage name appears at least once on every Hellopeter page. It is amazing to see that every response from them is exactly the same. I received my response from them on 26 Apr but nobody has even bothered making contact with me. The only solution and advise I can give to others with the same frustration is to enforce the new consumer code as I have now done everything I could to rectify this issue. Autopage is in breach of our contract and they now leave me no choice to enforce the above. When your provider is in breach they are not allowed to charge any penalties for early cancellation. All I can say is that I would do anything in my power to assist if I had a client for more than 17 years when he/she has a problem - obviously this doesn't count with Autopage clients and the number of complaints is proof of this. I also just found out that we are paying for extras on our account for which we never gave Autopage permission. Yet again a new complaint and a new fight that will not be resolved. ONLY CONCLUSION IS TO STAY AWAY FROM AUTOPAGE AS IT IS CLEAR HOW THEY CONDUCT THEIR BUSINESS. PS love the Basset hound in your new add - just a shame it is associated with Autopage.
