No contact and illegal terms of termination

I have been trying to get my contract with Autopage canceled. Although not Autopage's fault, the MTN network is so bad in Midrand and Sandton that this line is unusable for work. I was happy to stay with Autopage, pay a penalty to cancel the contract early, and move to Vodacom.

However, Autopage has completely mishandled this. Firstly, I have submitted no less than three emails to Autopage, detailing the nature of my problem and asking for somebody to contact me. Every time I get an auto-response email saying I will be contacted in 24 hours but nobody every calls. If I call the call centre, I keep getting transferred endlessly (often in circles!) and nobody can help me.

I did get a quotation to cancel the contract, but Autopage requires 100% of the outstanding monthly payments. This is illegal according to the Consumer Protection Act. Neither Vodacom nor MTN have such a policy, but Autopage does. I have tried to query this to no avail. Please will somebody from Autopage just contact me (as I have requested numerous times) so I can sort this out. I desperately need to change networks. Many times I am stranded outside people's homes, unable to call, because MTN is so bad.
