Phone booked in four times with software problems

I booked in a Blackberry Bold 9900 twice previously, within the first 3 months of the contract & received a new handset. On the 07/01/13 I booked in my handset due to the phone switching off frequently and trying to reboot after going into applications on the phone. Was contacted 16/01/13 and advised that I could collect my phone, when I asked if it was fixed, I was told its a new replacement handset. Excitedly I went to collect it, however experience the same problem. Called and spoke to Anthea, at Pickbell, Strand Street store whose been very helpful, was told to return it. However was unable to return it until 18/01/13, so booked in the phone with the battery & a complaint letter. Today 24/01/13 went to store as I have not had acknwledgement or response to letter, to be told my phone arrived this afternoon and that its another replacement handset. they open the box and the letter is there with new handset and the battery is marked faulty and is a little swollen. 1) why give a replacement handset and 2) the battery was not swollen when handed in. Told by staff to leave it there & write another letter and supervisor to call me in morning. Pathetic customer service.
