False advertising & sale of products

I have been an 8ta client for some time now. Whenever I buy the 2gig 1gig promo, my connection is unstable and disconnects 3 times in 2 minutes. Phoning then and complaining does not help, they always have an excuse. What they DO NOT understand or want to hear is that it only happens when i use this promo. If i buy regular data my connection is stable.
