On the 16 th May i took my handset in to the Mtn Ottey branch for for repairs. about 1 week later I received a replacement handset, a brand new phone without a battery. 1 week later i handed the phone back in for repairs as i was experiencing the same problem i had with the previous handset. I handed in the handset with the battery and asked them to check the phone in with the battery as the battery may be the problem. I was told that if there was a problem with the battery it would be for my account as the battery is only under warranty for the first 6 months of the contract. I accepted this. - 1 week later i received a brand new replacement handset again, with the old battery. When i inquired whether the battery was checked, i was told that if there was a problem with the battery, the technician would have said so. On the 15 June i took the handset back in for repairs as i was still experiencing the same problem. i cannot get through to the branch to check on the progress as the number seems out of order. I emailed my complaint to [Email Removed] and still no response. I have been battling now for a month and a half to sort out this problem. Very frustrated with Mtn!
