No delivery by MTN direct

They promise delivering within 2 hours to 24 hours. I received my order no and ref no on Friday 18 January 2013.
No phone no delivery at 25/1/2013. I spoke to the manager of RTT who is doing their deliveries. She phoned me back at 17:05 and she said she spoke to Deon who still have 3 deliveries and then it is my turn, At 19:35 I phoned Deon but he was having a ball of a time according to the background noises. He had my phone number but not the decency to phone me and tell me I can't deliver my phone today but early??? tomorrow. That means another day at home hoping for a delivery
