I had a parcel to be delivered to me from MTN yesterday 13.01.2013.. No delivery?? I phoned their call centre 3 times yesterday and no-one got back to me as to where the driver was because he apparently wasn't answering his phone.. I phoned again today and still the guy on the other end cannot advise me on when I will be receiving my parcel.. He suggested I phone again after 2 once the driver has made his morning deliveries and I'm pretty sure this is just a stall tactic as he couldn't tell me if my parcel was scheduled for the morning delivery.
My cell number ports to the SIM card contained in my parcel that RTT has tomorrow morning. If I don't have my parcel by today then I will sit without a cellphone and my main means of business communication.. This is highly frustrating and annoying..

I want a commitment from RTT..
