Late Delivery and Not Returning phone calls

I bought a bed on 23 January 2013, cash. When I asked when the bed would be delivered I was told Friday. Friday passed without any delivery and I left it. So I phoned Monday morning and spoke to the Manager Jumbo who told me the stock arrived but he will phone me back. Needless to say he never phoned me back and I had to phone him again, only to hear that they are still waiting for the mattresses. Tuesday I phoned him again just to be told again that he would phone me back, needles to say that only happened after several hours, after the despatch already phoned me to say it would be delivered on Wednesday. I arranged that the bed would be delivered by 12H00, it is now 14:21 and still no delivery, that after we phoned Jumbo twice, still with no response. I eventually got through to despatch just to find out that it will be delivered today but they don't know what time. Is this what you call customer service? But I guess they don't care if I look at all the complaints. Maybe it is time we get Carte Blanche involved.
