Fault reporting does not receive attention for wee

My ADLS line stopped working and I reported the matter to Telkom stating that the phone is not working and the ADSL line comes on and after a few minutes goes off again. The call centre lady informed me that a technician will come and attend to the matter. I haven't received any feedback from them and decided today to follow-up on the querry just to find out that the matter was last attended to according to the status update on 25 January 2013.

I phoned Telkom today and they really gave me the run-around from one department to the other (Still no success other than that I now know its an area fault, whatever that means)

They were still unable to tell me when the line will be fixed or if the fault is even on my line! I was given a customer call centre number by Dibatse 0800 600 126 which also does not work. I cannot receive any incomming calls from customers and cannot stay online for more than a few minutes at a time.

I did however receive a bill for January and February 2013 for services rendered to me!! I paid the accounts as requested but feel as if I was just robbed..
