KFC Selcourt had made two previous deliveries to my residential adress in Lodeyko, however when I requested a delivery today I was informed they do not deliver to our area but to other areas of which they have to pass me either which way. Our area is situated between town and the other areas of which they do deliver but which is further. After a huge argument my delivery was done. Why adveritise that you do delivery but when you must do the delivery you are prepaired to drive past me but do not want to deliver a service to my area and we pay for the delivery. This is poor service as it is clear that the owners does not know the residential areas in Springs or are not aware of the inconsistance of the deliveries as my info was linked to my cell phone nr on their system due to previous deliveries, only to inform me that cant. My son stays almost 5km further from me and KFC but they deliver to him on regular intervals. Being owners of our own business I would say that no planning was done when the delivery service was implemented and should they not advertise that they provide a delivery service.
