Non delivery and poor response

Order : 100730634. Still no delivery, refund or response via email or telephonically. Fair enough the order was placed late, but it was accepted and order confirmation was received for delivery 14-2-2013.

No delivery on the 14th. E-mailed a query about 18:00 on Thursday as the telephone lines had a business hour recording on. Received an automatic reply stating that due to high volumes delay in deliveries but deliveries will continue through the night and next day. The 15th come and went no response and no delivery. A second email was send and a third thinking maybe the email went missing? On the 16th at about 9:45 after holding on for nearly 20 minutes a lady with a name she had to spell told me the order was delivered and she will phone me back within 10 minutes to tell me who accepted the order. It is now more that 2 hours later, the phone line just ring, or when it is answered music plays then the phone goes dead..

Judging by the complaints on Facebook, twitter and here, I think it is time for legal action. Taking people's money and then not delivering without an apology, feedback or response of any kind borders on!
