I purchased Rihanna concert tickets via the Big Concerts website on 27 April 2013. I received an email, almost immediately confirming my purchase. I sent an email on 30 April 2013 to the customer care email, to confirm delivery time etc. To date, no-one has read my email or responded. On 9 May 2013, I phoned the call centre number and was advised by Reshan, that delivery takes 10 days. On 16 May 2013, I called the call centre again and was advised by Nskosana that there had been a delay and i would receive my tickets within a few days. I called again later that day (hoping to speak to the manager) and was advised by Reshan that all ticket deliveries had been suspended due to the Justin Bieber and Bon Jovi concerts. Why did it take 19 days to tell me that delivery would be delayed? On 23 May 2013, I phoned again. Wlilliam was the first consultant to ask for an order number!!! He at least spent some time trying to track my order - but unfortunately still gave me the same response; "delivery had been delayed". On 24 May 2013, i spoke to Jason (manager). he has yet to phone me back with feedback. Why can't anyone tell me when I will get my tickets?
