Do yourself a favour and stay clear of cell c

After applying over the net for a new phone I decided to give cell c direct a try and too this day regret it more than ever. After getting my phone I noticed my value added data of 250mb was not activated, so called them up and asked whats going on only to get the story of it takes 7 working days to check the call and etc. fair enough I guess, well its now January 2013 and i got my contract in April so 9 months down the line still not fixed, so called again, only this time I'm told sorry about that and a 300mb data bundle will be added to catch up on my data I've not being getting. All sorted, I think not now I'm being charged for 300mb as well as 500mb a month i loaded cause I had no data and 300sms's and mms called again and still nothing. Was wondering should I just stop paying as I've kept my end of the contract by paying every month on time, but not getting what I paid for surely a contract works both ways. Never ever ever call cell c direct they you and rip you off as much as they can and always to there clients. Cant wait to cancel so I can move over to another mobile operator!!
