WON'T REMOVE DATA&SMS BUNDLE AFTER REPEATED REQUES

I've had a Blackberry contract with Cell C. In the beginning of this year I took out an iPhone contract. The person at Cell C suggested that I take out a data bundle of 300 Mb until my new contract starts (you can upgrade your phone earlier, but because I didn't have BIS anymore, I wanted a cheaper way to pay for data).
First she said that she would automatically remove this after three months. After three months I realised that I still pay every months for an extra 300mb that I don't need. I phoned to correct this and I went into the store.
BUT I STILL HAVE THIS EXTRA 300mb ON MY ACCOUNT EVERY MONTH!!!

What is even worse, I've repeatedly asked them to remove the SMS bundle on my phone, BUT I STILL PAY EVERY MONTH for this SMS bundle. This means every month I pay R71 for services that I don't want or need!!!

Very very disappointing.
