Hi MTN,

My apologies for once again complaining about MTN's incompatience.

On the 16/12/2012 i dial 808 and requested a "once off" 300MB Data on my contract cell.

The line was cuty off apparently and i dialed 808 again enquiring whether the 300MB Data had been loaded.

I then received my invoice in January 2013 for 2 x 300MB Data on 16/12/2013 and 1 x 300MB Data for January 2013.

Lovely, when i dialed 808 to query this i was told by the agent i had hung up the cell on 16/12/2012, amazing, and he would cancel the Data bundles for me. I enquired how much Data i had left over now and he reponed that i had none. So i have paid for 3 x 300MB data and received sweet nothing.

MTN please copy and paste your usual reply to this complaint, easiest is to type "Ctrl plus A" at the same time and bingo everyone is delighted.
