Upgrade without receiving the advertised benefits

Two years ago I upgraded and the 250 MB data bundle was not loaded to my contract. This took 6 months to sort out and get the money cell c owed me by that time for over charging me.
Now it is happening again. I should get 100MB 300MB data with my contract but only 100MB is loaded altgough I need to pay full price. Cell C cancelled the 300MB after/during the upgrade and now I have to spend time trying to get them to fix it.
This really shows incompetence and I regret upgrading my Cell C account.
