Can someone please provide me with an answer?

I took out a new contract with Cell C on 4th of Jan 2013. The consultant I spoke to informed me at the time that they were waiting for stock from Apple but I should receive my new iPhone5 within the next 7-10 business days. I'm still waiting for my new phone and have received absolutely no feedback from Cell C (except one sms that my order has been placed). I understand that their is limited stock of iPhone5's in SA and the world at the moment, but at least provide me with some feedback as to when I can expect delivery. I have also called the Cell C callcentre on numerous occasions and no one can give me an answer as to when I will receive my phone. A couple of consultants said they would receive stock this week, others couldn't give me an answer. It seems like no one in Cell C can give me an answer! The least Cell C could of done in this situation is to provide me with feedback, instead of me constantly calling in and getting no clear answer! I'm highly frustrated and find this sort of service unacceptable. I thought Cell C had transformed itself and turned things around; but I'm starting to doubt that now and contemplating canceling my contract and switching to another provider.
