Amount more than doubles after expiry of contract

I had a 24month 3G contract with MTN for R149-00pm. Last month R389-00 was debitted from my account. When I enquired by the call centre I was told because my contract had expired my discount would not apply. I was never informed when signing a contract of ANY discount, simply that the amount would be R149pm. I logged a complaint with MTN ref 2361001 on 5/7/2013. To date no one was has contacted me or even repsonded to my complaint. I have NEVER signed any authorisation to increase the amount of the debit order or change the terms of the contract. I have asked that the service be stopped immediatley I have also received no response to that.
