Im unhappy with the service that I have received from Vodacom with regards to logging calls and no action has been taken from the second of September 2013 .I first get told after I logged my first call with Vodacom that I used my line to run up a bill of 1700 rand. Where I know I never used the line to that extent. I then get told I must fax through my itemised billing to them and they will let me know from there .on the 25th of september faxed the itemised billing through with other queries as well and I have received no answers as of yet..Vodacom is very quick to cut your line when you don't pay but when you have queries on your acc no one wants to help you
