I had taken out a cell c internet bundle contract through FNB. i was told that the contract would be R99.00 per month and there would be no pro rata costs or connection fees. the first month i called in to activate the sim card and was asked to purchase a R50.00 internet package. i was finally given the 2GB and before using the all the data, i was sent a message to say that R434.00 will be debiuted from my account at the end of july. i called in and cancelled this contact on the 30/07/2013 only to find out that they deducted the full amount from my account. for the entire month of august, i was unable to use that sim card, yet on the 02/09/2013, the deduct a further R105.00 from my account for a service i have not used. i have spoke to 9 differnt people at Cell C and no one can assist me. i am disgusted at their service and infuriated. they have taken almost R600.00 from my account which is not a small amount of money. their call centre agent have the most shocking attitude as they make it seem like they are doing me a favour by even answering the phones. i have made numerous call to cell c and my latest call being made as i type this complaint. SHOCKING
