REFUSAL TO FIX MY PHONE

Itook my phone to the ATM WONDERBOOM JUNCTION to be booked in for reparis.
however, this was not before every mtn next ot me refused to assist me because they are now a franchise and not owned by MTN... I didnt understand how this was my business as i am only a customer of MTN with a contract. even the Shop where i opened my contract did not want to help me.

anyway wonderboom junction booked my phone i for repairs.
my phone has been working nicely for a year. then the battery stopped charging and my phone went dead.
after a month of waiting, my phone came back without being fixed and the reason they did not fix it was that it ha water damage.my phone has NEVER been anywhere near water.

now the consultant who gave my back my SAMSUNG TAB did mention that i am not the first one. MTN does not want to fix SAMSUNG TABS because that specific part is expensive. and for all the TABS that have been returned, the reason has always been water damage.
can i mention that my phone has only a couple of months before the cotract ends and i think this is another reason why my phone was not fixed
