Good Day,

This is the worst service I have experienced ever. I took out a new Contract with NASHUA MOBILE (CELLC) CAPEGATE for a Samsung S4 with a GIG data. The phone was not able to exchange Data... no downloads, emails ect ect. I complained with all the sales staff as well as the manager. After testing the phone instore and confirming that the phone was faulty it was send away to the Headoffice as a OBF. I had to go to the store every day (YES no one at this store will call you to keep you informed or up to speed) for 10 days straight now, only to here that my phone is still with couriers and that they are going to give me the same phone back - it was tested and seemed ok. HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE - Bothe sales staff and manager tested it?

its now two weeks and I am still paying towards a phone with a GIG of data which i was not able to use..How is this possible.

On saterday Liesl (sales person) told me that this is the luck of the draw and that we can cancell the contract if this still occurs when I receive the phone? LUCK of the DRAW. I DO UNDERSTAND THAT WE HAVE BAD DATA EXCHANGE IN SOUTH AFRICA, BUT LUCK OF THE DRAW???
