Cell C unable to assist with incorrect debit orde

I have taken over the payments on my dad's contract. The contract was taken out on the 14th of August and on the 31st of August i got debited for an incorrect amount. I called in to the Sandton Cell C store and the consultant there logged a call and said that there would be a R75 credit posted to my account. This month (September) i get debited incorrectly again. The contract is for R289 and i got debited R309.55 and i am not even sure if the R75 credit was applied. I called the call centre and spoke to Philisa and she refused to help me as the contract is in my dad's name but could not comprehend that it is MY BANK account that is being debited. Her manager Ivor Pieterse also refused to have her assist in just finding out why the amount was debited off my account. This is shocking service and is unacceptable!!! Cell C have the right to debit any amount they feel is right and i have no right to query whats been taken off my account.!!! Very frustated and dissappointed.!
