PATHETIC SERVICE REGARDING A QUERY

I am totally disgusted at Cell C. I took out an internet 2G contract for R 119.00 per month on the 8th June 2013. I received my first account from them at the end of July 2013 for an amount of R512.00. I queried this on 140 and was told that the billing department has made a mistake and they will call me to rectify this. To date nobody has called me. I e mailed them again on the 1st August 2013, received a response on the 7th August 2013 with a reference number 1308010000280655 saying that someone will contact me regarding my dispute with 48 hours Well to date no one has contacted me. My new bill has now arrived for an amount of R299.00 to be deducted on the 31st August 2013. I then again contacted them via 140 and I am still waiting for a response. The lady by the name of Candy who took my call, promised me that she would call me the next day to find out if my problem has been resolved but I am still awaiting her call too. I will not recommend Cell C to anyone as the service is totally unacceptable.
