Charged for internet that I did not use

I got a contract for a 2gig data bundle from Cell C a few months ago. This is charged at R100 a month and cuts off when the 2 gigs of data has been used. Last week I was informed by my mother that Cell C had taken R665 off of her account instead of the usual R100. When she queried this at a Cell C outlet they told her that I had an open account which charges me for extra internet used. Which is not true as every time when my internet is up I am given a notification from Cell C on my internet browser stating that I have reached the limit and need to recharge. To make thngs even worse is that I haven't been using my internet for almost a month. And the month where I apparently used this "extra internet" I was forced to use an extra sim card that I got free with my cellphone.
I am very angry as nobody from the call centre or the outlet are able to help us and I know that I did not use this extra internet. To make matters worse I can't afford to pay this extra R665!
