MTN Accounts department is not doind their work

My account gets paid on the last day of each and every month (that is when i get paid) and yet on the fisrt day of the new month it gets suspended. This month i decided to pay it a day earlier to avoid the inconvenience that this causes every month and guess what. I received a sms this morning that my account will be suspended if not paid in time. This is absolute nonsense as my account has already been paid. The staff in the account department is too lazy to allocate the funds to the correct accounts in time and therfore i must go through this process every single month of having to unsuspend my account. It does not help to complain about this issue becasue MTN staff just pulls up their shoulders and claim it is not their work (call centre staff)
