SUSPENDED FOR NON PAYMENTS AFTER PAYING

I pay my account by EFT every month yet this month Multichoice has supposedly not received my payment and have suspended my service.

The account gets paid before the end of the month into the same account with same reference every month so unless multichoice has changed their account there is no reason as to why my payment should not have been received unless the people are incompetent of doing their jobs in allocating payments.

I had this problem once before and had to phone every month.

I cannot understand that a company as big as this can be so pathetic when it comes to payments of accounts or is it just that time of the year when they want to make extra money for bonuses that they charge people reconnection fees even if the account is paid.
