Paid account but dstv gets suspended

Last month we paid our account but our dstv got suspended phoned the call centre with R50 airtime they put it back on. We paid our account well in advance this month and so today they decided to suspend our account again, aren't these call center agents doing their jobs or what? Because its getting very frustrating.
