Service suspended completely - no account received

On Saturday I complained about the fact that I had paid half of last month's bill and had my service completely suspended on the 2nd.

To date, I have not received this month's account but on Monday 6th I paid the balance of last month's bill as well as an estimate of this month's account.

On Tuesday 7th I received an e-mail from Najma Moosa saying "We would like to apologise for the inconvenience caused with regards to the above matter.
Please note that we have attempted to make contact with you.
Kindly respond to our email with alternate contact numbers. "

Hello you guys have cut me off from the world and now you try to get hold of me on the number which you have suspended and ask me for alternative numbers???!!!???

The number I have on contract with you guys has been my main contact number for the past 13 years and you have cut me off just because I couldn't pay the full bill last month. What about now??? I have paid for the balance of last month as well as guessing what this month's account is!! What about the excess minutes from previous months that were paid for and are unused?? Where is my bill for this month?? Why does My. Account state number does not exist??
