CELL-C Follow-Up From Previous Report

Hi the Cell-C technician finally came to test the signal at my residence yesterday 29 August 2013 after a very long wait and he found that the reception was poor and intermittent when he used his laptop on to the Cell-C network. He will to report to his superior and get back to me... waiting patiently!!
