Once again I have complaints about the bad accounts system that ADT have, I have paid our account for our Durban branch and they have suspended our account! What does it cost you so pick up the phone and phone Head Office (Cape Town) and ask me to send you the proof of payments cause clearly you can't even read a bank statement! Account number: PEN00266 Peninsula Vending Durban.
R 2281-21 was paid on 16th July ref: 30631728079001 (1170-81 599-00 215-00 296-40) check your bank account. The next payment was for R 296-40 paid on 12 aug = aug invoice. I only owe you Sept invoice the our account is up to date. How can you not allocate the payments from your bank account to our customer number or reference? We have over five accounts with you and every month there is an issue with ADT why do things not just run smoothly as a client I have phoned you numerous times trying to correct things on the invoices or statements but it still does not get done? Why?! Get someone to phone me to sort out all our problem asap! I am not impressed that you suspended our account yet we have paid you up to date!
