Why can you not get the account right?

This has been an on going issue we pay the account in full one week in cash and then get phoned and smsed that the account is in arrears can you people not allocate the accounts properly we don't do debts as my husband only gets paid weekly then the worst is once we've paid we still get accounts that show we haven't paid I mean come on, this is really starting to annoy me and then when we do the cash payments etc the staff are rude too I'm getting to the point of once my contract expires I'm going to another service provide
