Debited for nothing

I was charged R1628 this month and was told its for my handset. I did not cancel my contract early. I waited till the right time at the end of my contract and cancelled it when told to do so by your customer care consultant, Risheen at NCIS escalations. I want my money refunded as soon as possible as this charge is incorrect.
